Success in competitive arenas requires active learning, which is achieved through targeted exercises and improving skills and fundamental Education through coaches, so the purpose of the present study was to assess the Educational Needs Assessment of coaches toward the Development of Sports Boards. The present study was implemented in the fall of 2025 with an applied objective and a qualitative approach based on a phenomenological approach using the Colaizzi method. The research population was selected through semi-structured interviews with officials of the Education Committee of Mazandaran Province Sports Boards and education experts of the Sports and Youth Departments of the counties, which was achieved by conducting 18 interviews and using a purposeful method to achieve theoretical saturation. The validity and reliability of the data collection tool were confirmed based on the criteria of Lincoln and Guba (1988) based on credibility, trustworthiness, and verifiability. According to the results of the research data analysis, ten main themes were identified, namely; Coaching knowledge, general knowledge, knowledge of new technologies, knowledge production and exchange, evolution in sports management, talent identification and development, specialized infrastructure, nutrition knowledge and sports Education, psychological knowledge and pathology knowledge and corrective exercises were categorized in the Educational Needs Assessment toward the Development of Sports Boards. Therefore, it is concluded that the coach Education system has a staged and gradual structure. This structure allows coaches to gradually acquire basic to advanced skills and advance from the level of applied awareness to the professional level.
