The main goal of this study was to determine sport managers. risk taking and the amount of their attention to subordinates and employers. 128 Middle-managers (84% Male and 16% female) were selected randomly. They completed a questionnaire that its validity and reliability were determined before (Chronbachk's Alpha: 90%). We used both descriptive and T-test for analyzing data. Results showed that 70 percent of subjects were risk takers and 65 percent of them paied attention to the ideas of subordinates and top managers.

The purpose of present research is to compar sport marketing in summer and winter Olympic games ( 1996 – 2004 ). Research method was library studies, applicative and descriptive. The results showed an increase in fianciad summer and winter Olympic between 1996 – 2004, whit a descending range aften this period. The number of sponsors had descended in summer Olympics, increased and then had descended in winter Olympics. Number of sponsor partners had increased unperceptibly and then had left without change.The sell ticket program had risen and then experienced a descending process in summer Olympic, but continued increasing process in winter Olympic.The broadcasting rights continued increase process.At first, licensing revenue had descended process then increased in summer Olympic, but continued increase process in winter Olympics.Total Olympic marketing rvenue and distribution of Olympic family revenues had continued increasing process. Broadcasting rights looks the most profitable marketing indicator in Olympic games. Global audience continued increasing process in summer & winter Olympics, however it shows unperceptible decreased in Athens 2004 only.

This research aims to study of relationship between job stressors and personal specifications among teachers of physical education in county of Shahryar. Statistical society included 120 teachers of physical education of Shahryar, of which 92 teachers were selected as society of research using Morgan sampling Table. The research method was applied method in goal, correlative in strategy. The data was collected in field form, in which the personal qualifications and job stressor components were evaluated through questionnaire. The measurement tools included 3 questionnaires of personal qualifications (researcher-made), type of personality (Roseman and Friedman), and job stressors (Cowper), when r = 0.86 was used after confirmation of content reliability and validity. To test research hypotheses, Pearson and Kendall's coefficient of concordance was used . The research results showed that there was a significant relationship between personal specifications: age, gender, service records and education with job stressors, but no relationship between factors of employment status and marital status with stressors. There is also a significant and direct relationship between personality type A and job stressors.

Identifying the effect of Education on women participating in recreational sports, is a great step towards introducing new approaches leading to a greater participation of women in sports activities and consequently improving women's physical and mental health. The aim of this study is to investigate the siginificance of relationship between education and the rate of participation in recreational sport among Tehrani Women. Also identifying different constraints which inhibits well educated women in contrast with uneducated ones in sport s is another aim of this study.The instrument used in this study was a questionair provided by the researcher.It was first checked for the reliability and validity and was then distributed among the women in Tehran. The sample included 1200 women, whom were chosen accidentally according to Morgan sampling table, out of Tehran women population. The results of the analysis showed that well educated women participate in recreational sport activities much more than uneducated or less educated women. Also the results show that the kind of constrains women perceive is similar among women with different education levels but among educated women something is different and that is these women negotiate constraints and participate in sport in spite of perceiving constraints.

The purpose of this research was design and codification of development strategy for sport for all in Kerman .Document analyzing, relevant literature review, Surveys and strategic meeting were used to main source of data. The subjects of this research was 30 individuals (of physical education professors of higher education institutes of province and administrative managers of sport teams in the best leagues and sport managements province and students of master of administrative management of sport province) that had taken a role in athletic sport and sport for all activities. Research findings signify that major physical education office of Kerman province in Sport for all has 8 strenghts and 16 weaknesses and it is encounter with 9 opportunities and 14 threat .Building and founding of good health station at parks , existence of adult society at sport for all, lack attention to rural sport for all lack of development in sport culture and movement in society lack of short and long term program, emphasis on religious and medicine, instruction to proceed sport ,lower expense and more possibility available of sport for all as compared to another sports , high rate of unemployment and addiction in province .Result of research after analysis of strength and weak point opportunities, threat and formation of rating matric for every internal and external factors of province sport for all, confirmed that major physical education office of Kerman province places in position WT in sport for all that must be used defensive (change) strategy.

This investigation examined the relationships between goal orientation, motivational climate and sportspersonship orientation. Participants were 366 youth male athletes age (M=17.51±2.47). The athletes completed TEOSQ, PMCQ, and MOSO questionnaire. Pearson Product Moment Correlation showed task orientation and perceived task motivational climate was positive related to respect for the rules and the officials, respect for the opponent, and respect for social conventions. Regression analysis revealed task motivational climate is the only predicator for respect for the rules and the officials, respect for the opponent, and respect for social conventions. In conclusion, athletes in task motivational climate may be more willing to behave morality and sports personship orientation.
