شناسایی عوامل موثر بر توسعه حرفه ای و جایگاه جهانی داوران فوتبال ایران با تاکید بر دیپلماسی و ارتباطات بین المللی

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، تحلیل تأثیر دیپلماسی ورزشی و ارتباطات بین‌المللی بر توسعه حرفه‌ای و جایگاه جهانی داوران فوتبال بود. تحقیق از نوع کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل تماتیک انتخاب شد. جامعه آماری شامل داوران بین‌المللی فوتبال: داورانی که در مسابقات و رویدادهای بین‌المللی و قاره‌ای فعالیت داشته‌اند؛ مسئولین فدراسیون‌ فوتبال (حال حاضر و گذشته)؛ مربیان و کارشناس‌های داوری فوتبال: افرادی که در زمینه آموزش، تحلیل و توسعه داوری فعالیت می‌کنند؛ مدیران رسانه‌ای ورزشی: افرادی که در حوزه رسانه‌ها و تبلیغات ورزشی مشغول به فعالیت هستند و در بازنمایی و ترویج فعالیت‌های داوری تأثیرگذارند و متخصصین روابط بین‌الملل و دیپلماسی ورزشی: افرادی که در سطح دیپلماتیک به تعاملات ورزشی بین‌المللی و تعاملات داوری پرداخته‌اند و همچنین اساتید دانشگاهی در حوزه رسانه و مدیریت ورزشی است که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب‌شده‌اند (20 نفر). ملاک اتمام مصاحبه‌ها رسیدن به اشباع نظری بود. ابزار پژوهش شامل مصاحبه (نیمه ساختارمند) بود. روایی ابزار بر اساس نظر خبرگان و توافق بین مصححان ارزیابی و تأیید گردید. جهت تحلیل یافته‌ها از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. بر اساس چارچوب مفهومی استخراج‌شده مدل پژوهش در خصوص شاخص‌ها شامل 4 کد محوری، 10 مقوله و 60 کد اولیه بود. نتایج نشان داد که دیپلماسی ورزشی به‌طور مستقیم روابط بین‌المللی را تسهیل می‌کند و درنتیجه، بر توسعه حرفه‌ای داوران فوتبال تأثیر می‌گذارد. ارتباطات مؤثر بین‌المللی موجب ارتقای جایگاه جهانی داوران و افزایش فرصت‌های شغلی آن‌ها در سطح جهانی می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to analyze the impact of sports diplomacy and international communication on the professional development and global standing of football referees. A qualitative research design with a thematic analysis approach was employed. The study population included international football referees who have officiated in continental and international events, current and former football federation officials, football refereeing coaches and experts involved in education, analysis, and development, sports media managers active in representing and promoting refereeing activities, international relations and sports diplomacy specialists engaged in international sports and refereeing interactions, and university academics specializing in sports media and management. A purposive sampling method was used to select 20 participants, with data collection continuing until theoretical saturation was reached. The research instrument consisted of semi-structured interviews, whose validity was confirmed through expert evaluations and inter-coder agreement. Thematic analysis was applied to analyze the findings. Based on the conceptual framework derived, the research model included 4 core categories, 10 themes, and 60 initial codes. The results indicated that sports diplomacy directly facilitates international relations, which in turn impacts the professional development of football referees. Effective international communication enhances the global standing of referees, increasing their career opportunities on a global scale. Diplomatic and cultural connections in sports enable global recognition of referees, opening new pathways for them. Achieving global recognition improves educational and career opportunities for referees at the international level.
