تحلیل عوامل موثر بر درآمد‌زایی پایدار از کسب و کارهای کوچک مبتنی بر اوقات فراغت فعال در ورزش

چکیده

پژوهش بررسی عوامل موثر بر درآمدزایی پایدار از کسب و کارهای کوچک مبتنی بر اوقات فراغت فعال از لحاظ هدف جزء تحقیقات کاربردی و لحاظ ماهیت جزء دسته کمّی که به روش توصیفی-پیمایشی بود جامعه پژوهش حاضر را سازمان‌های مردم نهاد ثبت شده در دفتر توسعه مشارکت‌های مردمی معاونت جوانان وزرات ورزش و جوانان تشکیل می‌دهند (N=4000). تعداد نمونه پژوهش بر اساس جدول مورگان 274 بدست آمد که با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با الگوبرداری از مطالعه رفیعی (1391) بود که روایی صوری توسط متخصصان علمی و اجرایی و پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ تایید گردید (742/0). در بخش تحلیل داده‌ها با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی به استخراج روش‌های کسب درآمد ترکیبی غیرهمبسته (عامل‌ها) پرداخته شد و در نهایت مهمترین عوامل موثر بر درآمدزایی پایدار از کسب و کارهای کوچک مبتنی بر اوقات فراغت فعال اولویت بندی شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل کلیه آزمون های آماری توسط نرم افزار 22 SPSS انجام گرفت. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق مقادیر ویژه مولفه‌های استخراج شده، 15 متغیر پژوهش حاضر 8 عامل اساسی را اندازه گیری و 8 متغیر پنهان (عامل) شامل؛ مشتری مداری، نوآوری، کیفیت خدمات، ارتباط و همکاری با سازمان های مختلف، شناخت مسائل اجتماعی، شناخت نیازهای ورزشی مردم، شناخت فرصت های تجاری، تنوع خدمات و فناوری های مدرن تولید نمودند. بر اساس نتایج سمن‌های فعال در اوقات فراغت ورزشی می توانند با تشکیل اتاق‌های فکر و ایده پردازی و برنامه ریزی ریسک ذاتی اینگونه کسب و کارها را به حداقل برسانند.

چکیده [English]

The study of investigating the factors affecting sustainable income generation from small businesses based on active leisure is applied research in terms of its purpose and a quantitative category in terms of its nature, which was a descriptive survey method. The population of the present study consists of non-governmental organizations registered in the Office of Public Participation Development of the Youth Deputy of the Ministry of Sports and Youth (N=4000 The number of research samples was 274 based on the Morgan table, which were selected using simple random sampling method. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire modeled after the Rafiei study (2012). Scientific and administrative experts confirmed the questionnaire's face validity and Cronbach's alpha (0.742) confirmed its reliability. In the data analysis section, uncorrelated combined income generation methods (factors) were extracted using the exploratory factor analysis method, and finally, the most important factors affecting sustainable income generation from small businesses based on active leisure were prioritized. All statistical tests were analyzed using SPSS 22 software. Based on the results of the research, the eigenvalues of the extracted components, 15 variables of the present study measured 8 basic factors and produced 8 latent variables (factors) including; customer orientation, innovation, service quality, communication, and cooperation with various organizations, recognition of social issues, recognition of people's sports needs, recognition of business opportunities, diversity of services and modern technologies. Based on the results, active leisure sports clubs can minimize the inherent risk of such businesses by forming think tanks and brainstorming and planning.
