This study identified the factors affecting the management of Formula One fans in Iran and analyzed the factors of social, cultural, economic, and technological changes affecting this phenomenon. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and was conducted qualitatively using a descriptive phenomenological approach. The Claise method was used to analyze the interview data. The participating population in the study was 23 experts related to the subject. The data collection tool in the qualitative part was a semi-structured interview, and MaxQuda version 20 software was used to examine and categorize the information. The criteria of validity, transferability, trustworthiness, and verifiability were used to determine validity and reliability. The results showed that the increased access to digital technologies, the expansion of social networks, and the influence of global media such as Formula One documentaries have led to the growth of interest in this sport in Iran. However, obstacles such as economic constraints, technological gaps, and cultural incongruence may slow the sustainable growth of the fan community. This research suggests that by strengthening technological infrastructure, promoting public knowledge about Formula One, and attracting financial support, the sport can be expanded among broader groups of society. The results of this research provide a basis for planning and developing Formula One fandom in Iran and play an important role in predicting and improving the future of this phenomenon.
