The Relationship of the Effectiveness of the Components (Control and Tight and Loose Coupling) of Cybernetic Model and Organizational Creativity in the Department of Physical Education of Isfahan Province

Abstract

The main purpose of the current research was to investigate the relationship between the components (control and tight and loose coupling) of cybernetic model and organizational creativity in the Department of Physical Education of Isfahan Province. The type of research was applied, and it used correlational method. The statistical population consisted of 221 staff of the Department of Physical Education in Isfahan Province in the academic year 2011, out of which 132 participants were selected using stratified random sampling and proportional-to-size sampling method. The instruments for data collection were cybernetic model questionnaire and organizational creativity questionnaire, the reliability of which was calculated by Cronbach's alpha at 0.88 and 0.90.
