Investigating the outsourcing of public sports facilities in Ardabil to the private sector

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate the outsourcing of public sports facilities in Ardabil city to the private sector. For this purpose, 22 effective factors on the successful implementation of outsourcing projects in the sports facilities of Ardabil city were initially identified by studying books, articles and previous researches. The statistical population of sports facilities employees, whose number is 555 people. The sample size was estimated to be 227 people based on Cochran's formula. The collection tool is the questionnaire of outsourcing projects. For statistical analysis, inferential statistical methods, exploratory factor analysis and Friedman technique were used using spss 19 software. According to the results of scale reliability and exploratory factor analysis, 23 factors are among the identified primary factors effective on the successful implementation of outsourcing plans in sports venues in the category; Internal processes, growth and learning, financial and customer aspects were categorized. According to the Friedman test, the following factors were identified as the most important factors in the success of outsourcing projects. The main tasks of sports departments become faster and easier than before. New and up-to-date knowledge is acquired. Savings in the overall costs of the organization happen. Services are provided based on preferences and beyond the expectations of employees. The research results showed that the correct implementation of outsourcing in functional areas can play an effective role.
