Developing Talent Management Communication Model with Organizational Intellectual Capital of Experts of Sports and Youth Department of Alborz Province

Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of talent management in the development of organizational intellectual capital of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Alborz Province.

Methodology: The purpose of this research is the applied research. In order to measure the data collection, descriptive correlations can be made and the population under study in this study includes all experts of the General Department of Sports and Youth of Alborz Province, based on the information of 90 people. 90 questionnaires were distributed among the experts and finally 84 questionnaires were analyzed. To collect data and measure the variables of the model, the Mighty Jokar Management Questionnaire (1394) and Bonitas Capitalistic Questionnaire (1998) have been used in this research. Its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and its reliability and validity coefficient was confirmed by using convergent validity (confirmation of factor load and AVE value) and diagnostic validity. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics (frequency distribution tables) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation) and analytical confirmation have been used and for presenting the model, the modeling technique of normal structures has been used.

Results: Finally, the results of the research showed that there is a positive relationship between managerial talent and its dimensions (attraction and identification of opportunities, selection of opportunities, ability to hire, ability to develop, keeping abilities and attitudes and talent management approach) with intellectual capital.
