Abstract
The aim of this study was Investigation the roll of organizational spirituality in sport and youth ministry. So Statistical population of the study involved all of the staff of sport and youth ministry. so 170 people was selected randomly as the statistical sample. The questionnaire used in this study was Rigo and Kanha's (2008).. In exploratory factor analysis the amount of KMO test (due adequacy of sample volume) was reached %935 Correlation between questions was confirmed by using the Bartlet test of sphericity (x2 =2480/344, P≥0.01). Eventually among all of the designed questions through main factors, 24 questions were confirmed by using varimax rotation. Furthermore the questions set in three factors include sense of community in organization, enjoy of working and feeling same sense with community and job's values which had got predictive power of questions based on the total variance were % 65.03. Reliability of the questionnaire factors was respectively 0.92, .092 and .89 which were found to be excellent.
In general understanding of internal and external educational organizations related to physical education and sport science experts in spirituality objective analysis of issues that arose from the national culture and religious teachings and can prevent influence the growth and spiritual problems to prevent the strategic position.
