The objective of the present study was to identify the relationship of time management with planning tendency and creativity of managers and employees of the ministry of youth and sports. In this descriptive-correlational investigation, 307 employees and managers who worked in the ministry of youth and sports were selected as participants and the Time Management Questionnaire (α=0.89) and Jazni’s Job Creativity Questionnaire (α=0.76) were used as instruments. To classify the results, descriptivestatistics, to test the normality of the data, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, and to find the relationships and predict the variables, Pearson correlation and Multiple Regressions were used respectively. According to the results, significant positive relationships were observed between time management and its components and creativity. Regression results showed that 44.7% of creativity total variances were associated with components of time management. Based on the results, there were close relationships between time efficiency and planning and time efficiency and creativity. In addition, planning could be considered as one of the most important factors in the process of time management. Work time and personal affairs planning plays an important role in planning tendency and creativity. Moreover, Daily personal activities scheduling is very important in appropriate use of available time during the day.

The purpose of the current study was to examine the effect of perceived quality of sport tourism destinations on mougth to mougth advertisement, by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study was a descriptive-correlative and a practical study according to research purpose. Research population was sport tourists who have visited Noshahr as a sport tourism destination in 1392. A sample of 246 sport tourists was selected through convinience sampling. The model validity and the relationships among research variables were verified by using structural equation modeling. According to research findings, dimensions of service quality of sport tourism destination have influenced mougth to mougth advertisement. The findings of this study can lead to a better understanding of behavioral mechanisms that can design reliable principles for maintaining and developing sport tourism visiting of a tourism destination.

This study aims at considering and comparing the efficiency of private and governmental indoor swimming pools in Tehran. The present study uses a field descriptive and comparative method. Having at least 2 years of working as managers, 75 managers of the swimming pools (41 managers of private and 34 managers of governmental) were selected as the study samples by using cluster sampling method. In order to gather data, a questionnaire was used which had been confirmed by expert professors and its stability was acquired through Cronbach's alpha (α =0/83).Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the demographic characteristics and Kolmogrov-Smirnov test, independent T-test and Mann Whitney were used in inferential statistics level. The study findings showed that there was a significant difference in the efficiency of private and governmental indoor swimming pools from the managers' viewpoint (P<0/01). Also, there was a notable difference in efficiency components, such as planning, supervision and evaluation, facilities and equipments, staff, customer orientation, financial status, fixing and maintenance, timing, field of activity and the management task in the private and governmental swimming pools (P<0/01). In all mentioned components, the efficiency in private swimming pools was higher than governmental ones.

Several researches have been done on the concept of empowerment and its relationship with other variables. However, Emotional Quotient as a factor influencing on individual, social and organizational behavior, has been introduced in recent years in the literature of organization and management. The present study aimed at investigating the relationship between Emotional Quotient and empowerment in Tehran Province General Administrationof Sportand Youth.The method used in this study was survey and of correlation, and data collection tool was standard questionnaire of empowerment and Emotional Quotient. Data was analyzed by Pearson correlation test. It showed that there is no significant relationship between empowerment and Emotional Quotient. Moreover, the investigation of first hypothesis about Emotional Quotient indicated that null hypothesis about main hypothesis was rejected, and with regard to the minimum and maximum positive value, it can be concluded that Emotional Quotient value is above the average. Null hypothesis about the second hypothesis was also rejected and according to the minimum and maximum positive value, it can be concluded that empowerment value is above the average.

The study aims to investigate the importance of fans brand loyalty of Iraian primarly football league, based on income and cost of fans. The fans of two the most popular teams (Esteghlah and Piruzi) responed the questuionair. According to data estimation methods, sample size of this study was considered 200 supporters of both teams.To investigate the relationships was used panel data. The results of these tests were performed using Eviews software.As a result, the income coefficient is obtained insignificant, But the cost was significant, and it obtained proper amount correlation coefficient with brand loyalty the correct .Thus bye increasing the brand loyalty, the cost will increase.

The aim of the current study was to design the strategies for development of public sport in Zanjan province. The research population involved masters of physical education, educated coaches, educated athletes, graduates and MA students of physical education. The sample (n=45) was selected through total sampling. The researcher tool was a researcher developed questionnaire that its validity was verified by experts and its reliability was verified according to Chronbach’s alpha (0/9).
The scale involved 38 items about strength, weakness, opportunity, and treats of public sport in Zanjan province. For data analysis, descriptive and inferencial statistics such as comparing means, and Fridman test were applied. The vision of public sport in Zanjan province was designed through 5 factors: general goals, quantitative, qualitative, long term, and mission.
According to research findings, internal dimension involved 7 weaknesses, and 9 strengths, while external dimension involved 8 threats as well as 8 opportunities. According to findings, public sport in in Zanjan province was located in situation of WT. so this makes the organization to follow a defensive state and design its strategies according to this occasion.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effective factors on attracting children and teenagers in soccer schools. The research method was descriptive/correlational research. 252 parents of children of soccerschools in North Khorasan province were selected by cluster sampling method (N=850). The research instrument was a 28-items questionnaire (α = 0.87) with 5 point Likert scale that was made by researchers for evaluating the effective factors on attracting children and teenagers in soccer schools. The Data were analyzed by using factor analysis method (with Varimax rotation) with spss-18 software (p≤ 0.05). The results showed that 73.72% of the total variance is explained by the extracted factors, including: facilities, equipment and services (hardware index:15.20%) , coaches, education quality, moral and social environment (software index: 18.22%), interactions, friends and family (social index" 10.27%), attention to the parents ideas (Communication index: 9.18%) and Advertising (Promotion index: 8.05%).
